Hi Benny,
We hope you are all keeping well.
We would like to thank you for publicising the sale of our bungalow in Anjuna. Our solicitor signed a sale agreement three days ago with a couple from the Goa University. However, as a result of your letter to the Goan community we have heard from Maureen (who I think got the news from a friend) and Nina Kumbhakonam. Nina was just one day too late to see our bungalow but we have put her in touch with people in the complex as there is another property coming on the market. So she is very happy. Maureen was a classmate of Diana's but we have lost contact with her as there seems to be somehting wrong with her e-mail.
